Freddy Vaca

Freddy Vaca is a successful Tech Entrepreneur, specializing in building and scaling early-stage businesses with a technology automation focus. Freddy has a deep passion for enabling the success of others by creating and bringing together motivated, talented, and diverse teams of people.

With over 20+ years of deep operational and executive leadership experience, Freddy is best known for his role as one of the founding executives of the global workforce solutions powerhouse, Pinnacle Group. As one of the industry’s largest contingent labor management providers, Freddy was integral to the company’s significant growth and market-leading position. As President of Pinnacle’s Talent Solutions business division, Freddy was responsible for business development, service delivery, marketing and technology infrastructure.  Today, Freddy serves as the Senior Advisor to the CEO.

During his tenure at Pinnacle Group, Freddy was instrumental in negotiating the transformational acquisition of the Silicon Valley-based company, Provade VMS (Smart ERP). The acquisition took Pinnacle Group global and represented more than $3 billion dollars in spend under management in over 50 countries.

Freddy also led Pinnacle’s acquisition of Myplates.com, a first-of-its-kind digital Ecommerce platform for buying specialty licenses plates in the State of Texas. Myplates.com remains the only private company of its kind in the US and boasts over $100 million in cumulative revenues.

In 2015, Vaca initiated the “social staffing firm” initiative, a transformational rebrand for all of Pinnacle Group including a top-to-bottom technology infrastructure overhaul supporting Pinnacle Group as it operates in all 50 States including Canada, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Ireland. Freddy continues to serve as a special advisor to the CEO and is a member of the Technology Committee.

In addition to scaling multiple businesses, Freddy has led various organizations to successful acquisitions and profitable exits in the Tech, Healthcare and Business Service industries. Most recently in 2021 Freddy lead a private, minority-owned equity group to the successful acquisition of Renewed Solutions. Renewed Solutions provides certified, compliant, and secure business solutions management nation-wide. During the inception of Obama Care, Freddy led the executives of a Texas-based benefits enrollment provider to a successful and profitable exit to a leading national provider of health insurance enrollment systems in California. Today, Freddy serves as Chairman of Renewed Solutions, LLC.

On a community level, Freddy dedicates significant time and resources to initiatives benefiting children, underserved communities, and veterans. He has been a featured speaker at leading educational and business-focused institutions, such as Texas Christian University and The United States Hispanic Leadership Institute. Freddy has received several business accolades including Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40, D CEO-Magazine Top Executive, and SIA Staffing 100 Top Executives. He is an avid investor in various industries including Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Royalties, Real-Estate, Technology Web3, Medical Waste and Power Infrastructure.
